Buyer/Tenant's Agent

We are seeking a licensed real estate professional to represent and service the needs of our buyer and tenant clients.

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist buyers and tenants including leads from listings, ads, and web marketing

  • Keep track of all required client paperwork

  • Show properties to buyer and tenant clients

  • Negotiate offers to ensure that our clients’ best interests are being represented

  • Work open houses to connect with unrepresented buyers

  • Pro-actively market to local agents encouraging interest in attending our open houses

Minimum Qualifications

  • Previous experience working in a sales position

  •  Ability to work independently

  • Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills

  • Tech-savvy - MS Office familiarity

  • Previous experience with Salesforce is preferred

  • Active salesperson or broker license issued by TREC

  • Must be available to work at least 40 hours a week

  • Clean, reliable vehicle to escort clients

  • Professional attire

  • Positive, professional attitude with a desire to grow

 

Compensation

The pay for the position is based solely on sales production with no salary base. A producing agent should close $3-5M in their first year and $5-10M in following years.

Buyer/Tenant's Agent

Marketing Assistant

We are seeking a full or part time Marketing Assistant to coordinate and strengthen our marketing efforts and client engagement.

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Coordinate digital and traditional mailing campaigns

  • Plan and organize regular client appreciation events

  • Assist with social media campaigns/marketing

  • Provide general office support

 

Minimum Qualifications

  • Previous professional office experience

  • Must be available to work 20+ hours for part-time or 40+ hours a week at our Galleria area office

  • Ability to work independently

  • Tech-savvy – proficient in MS office

  • Clear credit and criminal background

  • Positive, professional attitude with a desire to grow

  • Previous experience in website management is preferred

  • Basic video recording and editing skills are preferred

Compensation

Compensation will be commensurate with experience. Salary range is $12-18/hr. Opportunities for growth and participation in our bonus pool are available after working with us for 1 year.

Marketing Assistant

Listing Coordinator

We are looking for someone to be our Listing Coordinator for our Expired Listing and For Sale By Owner (FSBO) opportunities. You will be in charge of calling leads, scheduling appointments, maintaining our Salesforce CRM tracker, emailing prospects, and mailing out our snail mail packages every day.

Commission based pay with a draw that provides the potential to make over $75K/year.

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Have 20 conversations per day and make 50 contacts by phone per day. You are also required to record all activity daily.

  • You will be expected to deliver all email and snail mail correspondence daily for your respective territory. Weekend opportunities can be contacted on the following Monday.

  • Document all client communication and build out automated follow up systems and processes through company CRMs (BombBomb, Salesforce, and Vulcan7).

  • If you do not already have a Salesperson license, you should be working towards obtaining your license within 6 months of your start date. You will then be expected to become a member of the Houston Association of Realtors within one month of obtaining your license. You are expected to shadow your Team Leader on at least two listing appointments per month to get experience with these so you can eventually take over this process.

  • Schedule a minimum of 8 completed listing appointments per month (avg of 2 per week) and close $15,000 of revenue per month.

 

Minimum Qualifications

  • Previous professional office experience preferred

  • Ability to work independently

  • Tech-savvy: proficient in MS Office

  • Must enjoy talking to people

  • Strong phone and email communication skills

  • Real estate knowledge is a bonus but not required

  • Positive, professional attitude with a desire to grow personally and professionally
