Public Open House

Once the home is staged and all of the photos and virtual tours have been shot and edited, we host a public open house. We take the time to call agents who have represented buyers in your area and invite them to bring any buyers they are representing to view your home. We have had up to 30 people come through our open houses and that amount of traffic will generate a demand that makes buyers ready to make offers.
