The Public Open House

The fifth point of the Tarl Team Advantage is staging a public open house.  At Tarl Anderson Properties, we take the time to call agents who have represented buyers in your area and invite them to bring any buyers they are representing to view your home.  We have had up to 30 people come through on our open houses, and that amount of people generate a demand that makes buyers ready to make offers.  Here you can see our Open House Time-lapse Series and get an idea of the kind of exposure that you get with the Tarl Team Advantage.
